Its common sense to me. Rich folk dont get rich by spending £30 million or more without it getting a massive return on it quickly. Why use your own funds (which can sit in your bank and earn tons of interest) if you can get others to pay for it for you?

banking laws are very complicated apparently and there may be a very good reason why you don't appear to be able to raise the funding? I genuinely don't know?

I never said owning a bank make the money inside his! He owns hotels too but guess what? He doesnt own the customers who stay at them
Who said we dont appear to be able to raise the funding? From what I have been told, the bulk of the funding is now in place. The issue is Rovers are still negotiating with UWE over certain things which will have an effect on the total amount of funding that will be needed. Rovers have even said they dont know if it will cost £30 million or £60 million at the moment as they are still going over the stadium plans making adjustments to improve or correct what Higgs set up (again see why you wouldnt give Higgs money). But Rovers have said funding it not an issue

Wael knows what he is doing. He has got where he is by doing this sort of stuff and he has got people on board who knows what they are doing too and has been with him on other projects
