I don't know what I need to do, any current mods or previous mods got any tips?

Difficult thing to do and fair play for stepping up. I couldn't do it.

 

In all seriousness, a lot of things can be diffused if you give them time to play out.

When I'm getting into **** flinging, I'd probably appreciate it if a mod would drop me a message to see what the crack is because sometimes you won't be to see everything in context or understand what has gone on before, that would be in extreme cases only, though. Then you will have the full story before making a judgement.

Like Pops keeps saying, if you generally let them incidents play out, that's exactly what will happen.
