Aren't Ice Dragons supposed to be a separate thing, as in GoT lore they are a different species of dragon that used to live in the north of Essos. The dead dragon isn't an Ice dragon, imo, surely its a Wight Dragon now breathing a Blue flame

Agree. I've posted the same thing. In the books, Old Nan (the woman caring for Bran) said there's a ton of lore on ice dragons etc that used to live around the Shimmering Sea. I think there's one trapped in the Wall.

 

There was one in Noggin the Nog

 

didnt like that episode i'm sorry.

It was cool and stuff and i love the hound and his banter. Such a funny chap but i hate episodes like this where it goes all stupid

 

I actually thought the dialogue between characters, the group in the north and Sansa/Arya was the strongest element of the ep ... v strong script

Was glad Cersei wasn't in this one, I hate the character and the way the actress plays her. So annoying, the voice mostly. Needs to be killed in the season finale, hopefully

I was underwhelmed by the white walker fight / battle especially in comparison to the last episode's battle and one like Hardhome which was way more intense, immersive and impressive. This was a bit fragmentary and dare I say limp. It seemed like a lot of time / energy / budget had been spent on dragon cgi and the core of the episode, the fight sequences were fairly secondary and forgotten

 

Watched a couple of Shane Meadows' early films

A Room for Romeo Brass ... really good 8.something outta 10

Once Upon a Time in the Midlands ... didn't like 5 outta 10

 

I like both but yes the 2nd is by far his weakest film.

Defenders season 1 out on Netflix today....

 

Starting it tonight.

Had three days of holding off watching other stuff so that I could start it straight away. The GoT leak took one day at least.

 

I'm 3 in...been scrolling fast through this thread as I'm not watching the leaked GoT arrrggghhh.

 

Let me know if it's any good, I binned Luke Cage and didn't bother with Something Fist.
I like Daredevil but the others are not much good IMO.

Some people want tv to make shows and leaks ruin it for all.

 

Generally of same opinion.. .although watched everything. Slow start .

Yes.

Its a bit of fun and a very easy watch. Only downside is that the episodes are only 30mins long, so the story only just gets going and then you've finished an episode. Would have been better if they'd have been 45min.

Made by the same people who make OITNB, so its a similar style and vibe.

Netflix. There are boobs as well, mainly Kate Nash's (Yes the English Singer from about 5years ago)
