It's interesting how people see things differently. I'd say gaming is better now than it's ever been. Some massive games coming out. The main difference is gaming is now mainly an online culture, campaigns seem to come second. For me that's good as I find computer AI shockingly obvious. I'd take Battlefield 1 over any previous shooter, including COD 4. It is nearly at the point of wasting money if you don't play online. If you want campaigns then the PS4 pisses over the XBOX, games like 'The Last of Us', 'Horizon, zero dawn', 'Uncharted Drake' etc. are brilliant campaigns. I recently bought a PS4 for their exclusives, I now use the Xbox for online games only!
nah, i still prefer the old games. Been playing some SNES, playstation remakes on steam as these had proper storylines. Maybe i was young, maybe its nostalgia but all the recent final fantasy games suck balls relative to my memories of the old playstation classics. As for shoot em ups, yes online play is better but you can only make so many variants of COD, CS, Battlefield etc. They are pretty much ALL essentially the same game .
Yeah..I used to buy every COD..got bored..skipped 2 or 3 bought..initial interest as I got to see some of the gradual add ons from 3 games I'd missed then realisation it's still just the same game just more chaotic. Real Team play just isn't possible like it was back on MW2.
Not if you're good Got 85 kills and 3 deaths on BF1 last night.... although I was in a bomber plane for half the game!
It's well worth a buy. I'm not sure I've heard a bad word about it tbh. Plus it's by far the best looking game I've played, looks incredible.
I think you are on the wrong board skylarker. This is the liverpool board not the PL board. No wumming allowed. That or you've mistaken your skylarker account with your HIAG account
watched Why Him. Thought it was pretty funny. Cranstons worth a giggle and franco being franco. 7.5/10
It's true though Bobby! I've been a FPS gamer since the 90's and haven't stopped. 20 odd years playing shooters will get you on my level, keep practising bud
Standard PS4/XBone controllers, no aim bot hacks!. well if anything 1. Most pro gamers are pretty young, now that may be because it's recently becoming a booming industry and all the older games have jobs and families so don't get to practice much. Judging by the number of hours you spend arguing on the board, i would say you don't get much time to practice . 2. Not sure there were many FPS shooters on all the consoles going up to the Xbox/PS2. So all your experience would have been on a PC and mouse/keyboard combo. So really you are not as experienced as you are making .
