To be honest I can't really get excited about this Heckingbottom fella either.
What the hell has he done to even warrant being mentioned for the position of head coach for a club of our magnitude?

Edit:- Sorry getting above my station there, RBF and Dave will undoubtedly be along shortly to remind me that we are 'little Norwich' and shouldn't expect to employ anyone of a higher calibre

 

Thanks KIO and the more I think about it, the more likely it seems that that is what will happen and if that is the case, then it makes me even happier that I've given up my ST, as I imagine AI will employ similar tactics/formations to that used by AN. He'll also most likely let JR take up his 1 year extension and stick with Rusty as captain and playing him at CB and of course Wes will become a permanent feature of the starting 11, even when we're playing 3 games in 8 days!!!
Our 'dynasty' will become something consigned to history.

For your information, both of you, I really don't want AI and I'm trusting Delia and Michael to respect Steve Stone's proposal and allow the new SD to be involved in choosing the new HC

Not sure how I feel but at least he is someone we have heard of and not some nobody from new Zealand.

 

But it's a HITC report on a Sun on Sunday story. Not exactly highly believable!

 

Absolutely Dave and let's hope that the SD is confirmed ASAP and that he gets to work on identifying potential candidates for the role of HC, so that he can also be in pace in the next couple of weeks and that he can take our club forward, by either working with the players we have or getting new ones in early.

I'd be happy with Rosler. He had a shocker at Leeds, but by all accounts that was also to do with the club at the time and otherwise his record is pretty good.

I think you'd change your mind after a couple games. His style of football is incredibly boring and not very effective.
