    Why would a European Cup winning manager and title winner is the best league in the world take a step down to a mid-table English club? Seems absurd.

    The best that Everton Football Club can attract are the likes of Mark Hughes, Neil Warnock and Mick McCarthy. I can't see Roberto Martinez taking over either, Everton have a team that is setup for physical defensive hoofball. Perhaps they could convince Anthony Pulis or Samuel Allardyce?

    I reckon Rafa will take the job , as he'll be free by then , and he can return to Liverpool area to meet his old mates . Also Everton is in front of Liverpool .
