These proposals are being discussed within the next week although that deadline may be extended.
One of the more interesting proposals is the make up of the new teams in the new Division, the head honcho or gobrubbish of the English Football League appears to be a man called Shaun Harvey who apparently worked or arse licked Ken Bates at Leeds.
As I said two of the new clubs being brought into the English Football league are those would be giants of English football Glasgow Rangers and Glasgow Celtic, the two teams also wish to play their reserves sides in the Scottish league which goes to prove you can have your cake and eat it.
Luckily it only needs eight clubs to vote against this proposal to kill it dead in the water which is probably what will happen, however seeing those in charge appear to be bellends based on this.

The new fangled JPT competition or commonly known as theCheck trade trophy started this week, clubs from the top two divisions were allowed to play Under 23 sides in the name of developing English talent which is fair enough, however Norwich had a 28 year old Frenchman who scored a hat trick, Charlie Adam played for Stoke and one side had two 36 year olds in central defence. Exeter manager Paul Tisdale named himself on the bench, think he is 43 and Bristol Rovers had a 57 year old on the bench.
Luton gave debuts to five teenagers and were fined by the football league, as I said those running the league are in danger of ruining a truly great competion in league football.

The only motive for any changes is to put more dosh in the pockets of the FA. There are many other changes that could be considered and implemented for the benefit of teams and supporters but as they probably do not ring the cash registers they are passed over. The same can be said of UEFA and FIFA.
