I feel sure that you will all want at least one of them, and at a poverty level $185, or £145 for Prada, what is stopping you dashing out to obtain them. Doubt however that you will be able to buy them at Tesco with all those clubcard points.
I'm currently at a conference in Palma de Mallorca, Also at the conference is a lovely young woman of Pakistani origin form Luton. She didn't have any complimentary comments to make about Watford but then I didn't have anything nice to say about Luton. Anyway, when we had to choose a conference bag from a variety of colourful options I chose a yellow one, She sighed and said, "You can take the boy out of Watford but you can't take Watford out of the boy." I felt rather proud. An Australian couldn't understand how we could hold such animosity towards the respective towns.
It's been raining here today, but has stopped now. The Island Games are currently taking place in Gotland, which is part of Sweden. One of my softball team-mates was the flag-bearer for Jersey in the opening ceremony on Saturday, and won silver on Sunday in the team air rifle event. Today was the individual event, and he got bronze. Unfortunately, someone from Guernsey got silver.
Rain was forecast for today, and they were correct. An hour when it just about fell lightly from the sky, and that was it. It hardly dampened the ground.
i heard a tweet from Rookery Mike read out last night on a prgoramme about the British Lions documentary... some of us will remember him from BBC days...
Morning all, at last some proper rain. Two hours of it so far, and it looks as if it could continue for a good part of the day.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-40426228 Faecal bacteria 'in ice in Costa, Starbucks and Caffe Nero' Odd that the BBC don't report on the faecal matter found in their own news service though. Does it coming from bulls mean that it's different?
Morning all from a sunny Jersey, although the puddles from the rain on Tuesday and yesterday haven't completely gone.
Morning all, the hot, dry land has been soothed by the rains this week and it is set to continue. Flooding has happened as, like the snow in England, no one is ever prepared for the rains here and when it happens it is in large quantities but then gone in a few weeks. Nearly Friday....
