I wasn't debating that he looked decent. I was debating the fact Jimmy said he was very close to Clyne. No way

It's not so cut and dry though, Clyne is so poor going forward that there is a case for TAA to take his place and make it his own but yes he will have to improve that defensive side of his game and quickly.

It will be interesting. the training with first team alone brought him on hugely.

most of all though he actually listen to klopp. he has brought intensity to his game. he's always on it 100%

Ojo imo hasn't got it and thats why he's off on loan. he's way down the pecking order as a result.

Bit part player at best for now. Hopefully can step up and make a claim but he's not going to get much first team action whilst Salah, Mane & Firmino are in full flow

I think you are right but he might just sneak into midfield.

Klopp said he should have no position yet, just learn.

Not sure why you need to mention Sterling, Gomez etc. The point is, TAA is close to the first team squad. Whether he can win a starting place and keep it, as wel as performing to a high level is another question all together.

Clyne isn't great defensively - his one good defensive attribute is his 1v1 ground duels. And he's garbage going forward.

TAA isn't as good defensively but is already ahead in terms of ability on the ball.

Combined with the fact that TAA IS clyne's back up (at the very least as we have no one else who can play RB) which means he's closer to the first team than Woodburn.

    So please calm down Bobby.

Apologies for the confusion - the point I was making is that TAA is much closer to starting for Liverpool than Woodburn. Example being Clyne is out injured therefore TAA is likely to start in his place.

He'll play a few games in early stages of LC and FAC if inagine with a few sub appearances in league. Think needs to establish a position as well. Does he have the pace to play wide? If not needs to watch Cout and Lallana to see how to play CM as he's that type of player.

He looks conposed and tookn his goal. Bilbao well. Have plenty of time to get into team still only 17 so no rush.

He's got bags of pace so definitely can see him playing out wide. Remains to be seen if he has the intelligence to play centrally.

You must be talkingvaboutvsomeone else there Jimmy cos you have that backwards.

He lacks outrightvpace like firmino does . He is the most creative young player we have now 100%

Saw him in the youth teams and he was rapid. Not seen it in the first team though.

Yeah he's just about firmino pace imo. He's never a winger. He wants a no 10nor no 8 shirt someday
