Worse, Dave...something I wouldn't normally share a room with! It was French but the name escapes me and I don't like to ask Mrs H in case she thinks it might be a good idea to repeat the experience. Suffice it to say, it was powerful enough to cure anyone passing outside with a chest ailment!

My fridge currently has a blue cheese from the Auvergne that was fine until it was unwrapped and I had a few portions from it. It is now in a sealed bag, inside a cheese container designed to stop smells, and still every time the fridge door is opened the aroma hits you. It has now got to the slightly over ripe condition making matters worse, so the only way to deal with the remains is to eat it as quickly as possible.
I've just had a Christmas pudding smothered with stem ginger thick cream! That'll give the insulin something to work on!
That sounds lovely. My exertions over the last couple of months helped me lose the half a stone that I put on in Corsica in May. I must treat the festive season with caution.
I am salivating at the thought of that. Probably turkey and a ham for us. But if the weather is good there may be al fresco grilling of fajitas, chicken and ribs. * Weather Update * Sunday will be overcast and the mid 80s. So the grill is getting dusted down.
