Max Gradel has started to follow Radrizzani on twitter.

It is believed that the 29 year old is available for transfer with Sunderland amongst the front runners to snap him up.

Thoughts?




Leeds will fly to Germany on Friday to start their 3 game tour of Austria. Surely by then the majority of our transfer activity will be done and dusted.

It will be interesting to see who stays behind, obviously these players will be surplus to requirements....




Samuel Saiz will complete his medical today at Thorp Arch. This attacking midfielder has been near the top of Leeds wish list.

There is not any further news regarding Lugano’s Macedonian winger, Ezgjan Alioski or Chievo striker Caleb Ekuban.

 

Morning Elland and all. Note to self, I’m getting too old for hectic weekends. Looks like Radz will have spent a fair lump of cash by the end of this transfer window between buying players and ground. Makes perfect sense of course to do it this way when you have the money. All players coming in will likely have a resale value. im expecting Matt to fly to Austria for the trip for some first hand reporting. After all, given the expense account provided by 606,it’s the least we can expect

 

Saiz and Alioski would do nicely, if we could get Matthew Pennington as well as a good LB I would be happy.

Would Max be an alternative to Alioski, not sure but .... going backwards isn't that an Everton thing

As much as I loved Gradel when he was at Leeds a long time has passed. He's had a lengthy injury and he's played 26 leagues games in the past 3 seasons. I'm not averse to old players coming back, as long as they can still cut it. Gradel would be a gamble (an expensive one at that) and for the first time in years we seem to really have options. So heart = yes, head = no.

 

morning ... Gradel was good for us, but he is not the same player anymore, we move on ... good result against "lowly" Guisely, very positive and another step in the right direction ... Bellusci will be gone, Tommy's cryptic message of "you will see in the week what our decision is with Bellusci" is either he goes or he signs a new deal, and it's obvious which one it will be ... really surprised Everton are wasting money on Rooney, it makes no sense because he is done and he's not exactly going to replace Lukaku's goals ... waiting to see what more surprise signings get announced this week, happy days

From what I understand from the rumours flying about there could 3 names signing today. Don't know who they are apart from Siaz. Regarding transfers I think we will be signing players up to the end of the window. I think the midfield is all done now and we're moving o to defence and strikers.

 

Rooney said he had ''unfinished business at Everton.'' Don't forget the tea lady will be a good 13-14 years older by now!

Good morning all... I'm hoping the new players are here before we fly out to Germany, so far everything has been spot on so I expect that to continue and no delays in them coming in. When Cellino was in charge you expected it to break down at the last moment with excuses of greedy players and agents, not anymore.

The Caleb Ekuban thing I posted about 10 days ago, but the more I look at him the more I obviously dont understand about player quality. Hes hardly proloific so I hope Orta etc know what they're doing

Alioski & Siaez will be brilliant but if we are not chasing a center half please remind me who is good enough to play regular with Pontus. Ayling & Cooper yes but does this mean Bellusci stays?
