    Good Morning Everyone

It was confirmed over the weekend that Rad has a short list of 4 Managerial candidates.

Who do we think makes the up 4?

The latest odds are as follows:-

Morning Elland and all. I've seen a lot of stuff confirmed over the weekend re numbers for the managers job. Just hope we get one who is currently in a decent job and we poach rather than some unemployed cheap option. Would show a measure of ambition. On another note, some guy on an Irish Leeds forum bragging about the great work going on on the west stand at elland road. Has any of the locals been down lately to confirm and maybe a picture or two

Morning Eire, on Saturday I assumed it was Stam, Grayson, Flores and Pearson. Now, I'm probably wrong on 2 of those.

Morning all. Victor Sanchez managerial win ratio of 22%. Probably why he is one of the favourites

Morning all, Pearson I can't possibly see working with a director of football.

My money was on Clotet, now a new name is jumping up the bookies list every other day.

IF Stam is one of those and if we interview and decide no, where does that leave him with Reading? For that reason I think I'd rule him out unless he resigns shortly.

Karanka was the easiest option, already worked with the director and unemployed so the length of time it has taken I'm ruling him out too.

Never realised it was that bad, I really don't want Pardew, it's fast becoming an uninspiring list

Looking at the list and being realistic that we have a director of football, my choice in no order would be

Clotet, Stam, Sanchez Flores, actually reading about Sanchez Flores that would be a great capture.

Our new senior management team appears to be a coalition of chaos (did you see what I did there).
This is like the last two seasons but worse! We appear utterly rudderless.
Players agents will be getting their guys shipped out en masse at this rate.

qsf would fit the bill in some respects, spanish but with premier league experience. Did pretty well with watford too. Struggling to think why he would come though!

I'm going to go out on a limb here and agree with Chipster, its a bag of spanners. Stams a twat and the fans will hate him for what he said. His agent is using Leeds as bargaining chip, so fook him. Sanchez last won a game just after WWII so fook him. Flores is a good shout but why would he bother coming back after the way he was treated at Watford. Pearson will not accept a DoF, so for me I will say the 4 are:

    Grayson, Robinson, Mihailavic, Ramos.

You want fairy stories go to the library and look under Hans Christian Anderson.

So you don't think the whole saga is a poor reflection on the SMT.

Rad chose not to give Monk a contract last season ( I can understand that). But then to not have a plan in place if Monk then refuses to commit at the end of the season is very poor.

For the vacuum to be still going on 10% of the way through the transfer window if pretty much unforgiveable. Are you expecting a well respected coach to join us?... they are already all fixed up and with their clubs.
We should be getting our new playing recruits announced instead we are reading of approaches to the players we need to keep. Sadly I haven't read of anyone wanting that wage thief Dallas yet.

I just think we still have this week to get a manager in place. Judging by the board appointments you'd hope we'd get a respectable qualified coach...

Regards to offloading players I'd imagine that will be on going behind the scenes with Orta taking care of that.

Personally I like how secretive its all been unlike in the past...
