How long can it take.
Most of us knew that monk wasnt going to be here, as soon as Rad didnt follow through with his "first prioroty" and get monks contract sorted when he first came in. He effectively put Monk on notice. Even chesh will have understood what was going on.

If you play brinksmanship games you always need a plan two in case your bluff doesnt make the other party fold.

Not bothered about monk but this delay reflects badly on Rads business acumen.

 

I'm hoping it's because Clotet's away on holiday in Italy and he'll be officially installed as head coach on his return

I think Clotet has been interviewed along with a few others and told he has got the job but go and get your holiday out the way first. Sacko on a three year deal? Someone gave the nod for that... Sacko saying he hopes he plays more, praising the Leeds fans, saying all the right things and not once did he mention incoming manager (because he knows who it is?)

Why would a player sign a three year deal without an assurance he is going to figure in the new managers plans. Why would Radz splash out £2m without getting the run down on the player first.
