Good Morning Everyone, After a disappointing 0-0 draw against QPR the following questions need to be asked:- Did the hierarchy do enough in the January transfer window? Why are we only capable of playing 4-2-3-1? Do we expect Fulham to make the play offs? Have other teams worked out how to play against us?
One other question. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 been total excrement how **** were the wallies testerday? Its a 20 fir me. Morning btw.
Morning all... Fulham are on a charge, I'm just hoping they have peaked too soon. I found an article on Monk the other day saying he spoke to LUTV and refused to discuss his contract situation. Again that was supposed to be the main priority for the new co-owner, I think it is pretty obvious Monk is miffed he never got his striker in January. It has been a strange season, one week I believe we can comfortably make top 6 then I believe top two and then I'm wondering if we can hang on into the top 6 Teams are coming to ER now thinking a point is good, I guess that speaks wonders for how far we have come.
Morning all. We're not only top six team struggling. Wednesday and reading having bigger problems. Fulham playing well but in a do or die situation. We'll win one of next Two to ease the pressure. Re the wallies, better than I expected. Thought it would be ten but agree, total excrement
Good morning all,I said it before,we realy are becoming a one trick pony,if teams nullify wood or god forbid he becomes injured, where are the goals coming from? If we do not score through wood it’s asking a lot of our defence to not to concede throughout the ninety minutes, after all it only takes one and we will lose.that is what worries me in the play offs.I think we all agree, the January window was the time the owners put their hands in their pockets to strengthen our forward line,to give us real chance ,We all saw what a promising team we had under Grayson, and Baits refused to back him (déjà vu) again I hope and pray not.but I cannot see us getting through the play offs.sorry everyone to be on such a downer but it realy worries me.
We don't know what, if any, discussion has gone on regarding an extended contract for Gary Monk. There is no doubt he will get other offers and if Leeds are not careful he will leave.
Morning all So much doom and gloom anyone would think we were fighting relegation It's been a great season so far let's enjoy it ffs
I have to keep reminding myself how far we have come, I just sense problems if we fail at the final hurdle, Bartley and others going back from loan, Taylor leaving, Monk possibly going and with each new coach players who don't fit... But I agree, we should just enjoy the present moment
Of course lots can go wrong but we could also storm our way through the playoffs it's football and a strange old game. If we go up, are you going to spend next season fretting about relegation Ristac or enjoying the ride?
Morning Matt and all. You'll find out the answer to that question this Saturday when the gays make it 7 in a row against you.
Morning Norman, Yes we were pony as expected up against the 2nd best team in the land, in the quarter finals of the cup and unbeaten at home all season.
I would just love to see Fulham v Leeds in tne play offs, hoping we keep up the form, long way to go yet
Which begs the question Steve why play your reserves in such a big game surely you should've played your strongest team? Oh hang on a minute sorry mate that was your strongest team
Exactly for our level Phil and our manager would never think we're bigger than we actually are for our level, Sutton anyone.
Yes mate most of those don't make the match day squad we even included a teenager whose brother was shot dead 3 days earlier Don't get me wrong though mate **** knows what Monk was thinking would've been nice to get through to get hammered by Arsenal
