    Good Morning Everyone,

A dominant second half display saw Leeds climb back to third place in the Championship last night courtesy of goals from Chris Wood and a thunderstrike from Doukara.

It begs the question, with such a one sided second 45 minutes, why can't Leeds get it together in the first half of matches?

In any case, its a far cry from our performance at the City Ground last October.

How many people here have LUTV or have it it in the past?

Must admit I am sick and tired of not being able to get an audio stream.

Surely I'm not the only one?

Whilst on the subject, who's commentary do you prefer?

    Thom and Eddie

    or

    Popey and Whelan

24,838 fans were in attendance last night.

Not bad for a midweek game or surprised it was not more?

Morning all, can't comment on LUTV as I have never tried it. I've never enjoyed radio commentary as you are going on a third parties opinion rather than what you are seeing with your own eyes. Heard someone before say it looked easier to score than miss then when I have seen it myself it was nothing like that.

I don't think it matters who you are, even the top PL teams rarely dominate for the entire 90min. Every team have their spell during a game, sometimes it might only be a 15 minute period but when you have it you need to take your chances, we are doing that more this season.

Maybe teams are coming to ER now with the instruction to go at us early and silence the crowd?

    Morning Mighty.

    Cheers fella <cheers>

I listened to the game anyway on a stream, but when you're paying for a service, and week in, week out that service is not supplied, it's damn annoying...

Morning ristac, just thinking, is 25k fans enough to make ER a fortress again?

Morning all and seemingly it is. Green is first Leeds keeper since John Lukic to keep six clean sheets in a row at Elland Road and that was 1980. I think Jock hit on something last night when basically saying ours is a tactic to let teams wear themselves out in the first half then we go for the jugular. I had same thought a while back but its seems to be happening way too often to be just coincidence

    Morning all,

Well done to Monk for making the right changes last night and freshening the team up. There are good arguments as to why you should keep the same team together as much as possible but we are lucky this season to be able to play squad football, whoever we bring in is doing the job. How long since we have been able to say that?

    Doukara,

A lot of Leeds supporters seemed to have picked him out as their player not to like this season, there is always one. While I agree it was right to drop him last night as his last 2-3 performances have been poor he has been a strong part in what has happened this season so far. Hopefully his Yeboah impression may cause a few to cut him some slack.
When things are going bad we all become managers and master tacticians but this year Monk is getting nearly everything right, why do we need to question his decisions? If Monk thinks Doukara is right for the team then I am happy to believe he is right for the team.

Morning Eire, blimey. Think we have kept as many clean sheets this season than we have over the last 3 seasons collectively!

Morning Hamase, I think apart from Taylor that last nights team was probably our strongest starting XI

Sacko is a strange one. He can beat a man and run at defences but half the time he doesn't know what he's doing. I like how Monk rotates Sacko and I think that's where he is best. Play him if the opposition has a slow wing back that he can run at. A more pacey wingback bring someone on whose a bit tougher.

In terms of whether it's our best side bar taylor, I'd say viera/o'Kane is probably a form thing, though he'd err to o'Kane's experience more often than not.

Dallas/sacko, a tactical choice of containment v attacking.
I prefer sacko myself, he works hard for an attacking winger and whilst his delivery is, err, hit and miss, he provides an outlet and unsettles defences. Dallas is a tidy footballer but not really a winger for me.

Morning boys or whatever sexual gender you want today. Dont agree with Eire's rope a dope tactics as I just think we have a team of kids who sometimes take a while to fire. Almost like they need a kick in the pants from a lucky escape or going 1 down before they get that fighting mentality back. Experience has its rewards. Never had LUTV as always refused to give cash to Bates and not bothered since. I do like Popey and Noel though and last nights was great as they are fans like you and me.

Probably more of an impact player in the last 30 mins. People keep going on about his final ball.
