Morning / afternoon from Westport USA where I am for Christmas. Hoping to keep up with the Leeds games but busy family schedule.

 

Think nugent will still be good at this level but 31 is pretty old for a forward. Fletcher not rated by my West Ham mates.

 

No chance of Delph,Newcastle,WBA and Everton all linked with him.

 

Unless of course Delph himself wants to go back to Leeds.

He's a local lad. born in Bradford, played for Leeds from 11.

Why wouldn't we get him...

Just the fact his value is about £10 million and he's on about £65,000 a week a city.If we can get past them 2 little things we have every chance.

 

Nugent was team mates and double strike parter at Leicester, Nugent was always first name up top followed by Wood until they went for better. So I believe if Nugent is a target he does 2 things: 1) allows us to go 4-4-2 when we need to change 2) he can play in the hole and score from inside/outside the box as well as lay off some great touch ball. Nugent is not a Prem quality striker as we saw when Harry took him to Pompy, he only managed a few starts and goals before going to Leiecester who were in the champs. So we get a quality striker for this level so loan only
