The money Rad gave Cellino for his share. Some fans expecting that'll somehow find it's way into team strengthening I wouldn't be so sure

The proper ITKers have been posting for as long as TOMA has been active and regarding this Rad deal have been totally bang on with their info all the way through it. People scoffed when they said it was done the other week but it was and just waiting an official announcement no need to predict the day. Truth is it has come earlier than expected as it was thought it would be next week.

In all seriousness, half of me is really happy but half not.

No way has Radrizani bought half the club to share milking rights with Cellino - doesn't make sense. If milking is so profitable, why would Cellino share for a lump now any more than Rad would part with a lump now to get a steady return? I have given Cellino a hard time previously and often it has been deserved but I will say, maybe he was willing to invest until he realised GFH were skint (after Haigh ran off with their loot). He then found he had made promises he couldn't keep alone. So for me, totally happy because I think either Cellino goes because he can't afford to keep up with the level of investment Rad wants to put in or they form a duet. Totally convinced this means LUFC gets investment (acid test coming up with Jannson).

Why am I only half happy? Turns out my ITK contact on here knows as much as me - told me only a week or so ago it is definitely not happening

 

According to someone well connected to the club, the price for the other 50% is fixed regardless of where we end up. Cellino hasn't done a lot wrong this season cos he hasn't been able to, these negotiations have been going on since May except for one low point when it almost collapsed. I think its fair to expect foreign investment in the future as soon as Cellino has gone totally and dont be suprised if Leeds Fans United dont end up coming on board with local investors as well.

 

And onto other news, the Fletcher deal is the one I want. Unless I am very much mistaken, doesn't he have experience of scoring at Wembley in a Play Off Final win? Obviously it wasn't with Leeds so perhaps fans from other clubs (if there are any on here) could confirm? Could be the lucky charm we need to finally break the gypsy curse!!
