Hey guys, think Aldo is sleeping in his own pish now, maybe we could all sneak over to one of my weekend threads now? It's really cool, thanks in advance, guise
UFC is not a sport. Well, not unless you count two pooves thrashing about in their grundies as a sport. Which it probably is in Jockland, but not in the civilised world.
It's MMA which means mixed martial arts. All martial arts are considered to be sport the world over. This includes England. So once again you are wrong. You are fast becoming the Nigel Mindy iirccic. Englander Mark Godbeer is fighting on the same bill. He should do well as he has been training with the Scottish hit squad for the last 3 months and they probably knocked most of the Nigel out him.
Take it you didn't bother reading the article you posted. "David Allen, senior vice president and general manager of UFC Europe, Middle East and Africa, defended his sport. "To say that mixed martial arts has no rules is totally incorrect," he said." Ooops Now who does that sort of **** remind me of?
Of course UFC is sport so is snooker darts and WWF. They should make snooker and darts players compete in snug fitting lycra briefs too, move with the times .
Stop acting like a pape on this ****e thread, you said that MMA is known as a sport the world over and Archers showed that the Judo crowd don't think it's a sport. Then your defence is to quote a UFC guy saying it is a sport
Ooft. Ok how about this from the same article. Mixed martial arts is made up of eight different sports from the martial arts world, of which six are Olympic sports. So to say it's not a sport is completely incorrect. Much the same as i said and absolutely correct. So it's you who's acting like a pape defending the indefensible because you are upset my weekend thread has been such success. Yer kidden naibdy Iain. Apart fae Archie but he's a dick.
Hockey is a sport and so is swimming and basketball but if you combine all 3 and play basketball in a pool using hockey sticks then it's no longer a sport. Hope this helps Aldo.
Make your mind up Simon. Hockey, swimming and basketball are all totally different sports played on totally different surfaces. They have nothing in common what so ever. Martial arts are all very similar and can all be done on the same surface so your analogy make no sense and is really very stupid. I dare say you knew that before you posted though.
Look guise we could do this all morning and make my thread a 20 pager. That would really annoy the **** out of Iain.
Yeah, kind of lost interest now though. You're not making any sense, as usual, and I really couldn't give a **** what surface MMA takes place on, it is clearly one massive gayfest. So I won't be posting on your sorry arsed thread again.
