Tamas joins the swans and is reunited with his former boss! Time will tell if TP was worth 1.7M (thanks for that Ipswich)! But if anyone can get the best out of him ,then its probably Mr Integrity
I was one of those who thought he was quite a skilful player given the right circumstances. Not really my kind of forward though.
He probably will do ok at Swansea as they will pass to feet (or theyre own goal), If he can learn the offside rule and gets used to being very patient!!!
he wasnt bad but part of history not the future. same goes for the integrity person, pan integral makes you **** regular bit like rodgers except rodgers gives me indigestion.. he still has a special place in my heart marked hatred and hope you fail.
I wish Rodgers well - after Aidy went he helped to stabilise the club and gave us optimism for the next year - yes he went to Reading but it was not his going that was really the problem but the manner of it - "you question my integrity" Reading was always a special club for him and just as if Malky was lured back to Norwich I would be disappointed but would understand so I felt about Rodgers. The fact that they then sacked him in my mind cancelled out his lies. Tamas was skilful but lazy but gave me some great moments watching him as well as many more frustrating ones - but we got paid more than we ever should have been for him - thanks Ipswich . He is a good manager and Tamas is a skillful player - I would be interested to see how both would do in the Prem.
I hope the couple will be very happy - if Swansea get promoted, it would be funny as f*** to see Tamas playing in the Prem
I think Priskin is a good player, he just seems stranded upfront when he was at Ipswich. I think the way Swansea play will be good for him.
Some of his best goals have been against Spurs, Chelsea and the like. He prefers the time on the ball you get against premiership opposition rather than the quick into the tackle approach in the Championship. I am not sure he will make it in the Prem though either - let's face it no Prem side has come sniffing for him so his only way to get there is to go up with a side and then hold his place.
Brag - back in his Watford days? That was the only period when Tamas shone - in something like half a season he got about 15 goals
Good point Norway - thing is he has the skill - he has to show application (and stop being a girlie and learn the offisde rule - sorry Hornette) Forgot his goal against Arsenal too. I think Rogers knows how to use him - if he can't do well for him then he will just fade awway
