Hammer - Your knocking 30% off Dorus for corners? Okay, he's not the best at set pieces, but alot of blame can be laid on the defenders. He is a great shot stopper and can rival any of the lower sided GK's in the PL. I'd rate him at 80%.
Because he plays a vital role and could make the difference in games that might see us staying up. Ability > Age
Not sure if this has been mentioned already but we are being linked to Ryan Bertrand for season long loan now http://www.chelseadaft.org/2011/06/swansea-looking-at-betrand-for-season.html
Yes Ash, - harsh maybe - but I just get this awful sinking feeling whenever the opposition get a corner. We are a smallish side at the best of times and there seems to be no-one in charge and it should be DdV. Stoke are going to murder us unless we improve.
Stid, that would be a quality signing if we can get him as he has played a couple of games all be it off the bench in place of cole, Hammersmith , all we have to do against stoke is keep hold of the ball, look at barcelona against manu. I know it is a big difference but why can't we do that?

yea, get in as many of those Chelsea youngsters as possibile...Theres clearly something about that Chelsea hard water
Spain star Marcos Senna, 34, is ready to take a pay cut to play for the Swans next season. The out of contract Villarreal midfielder’s agent Ely Coimbra said: “Marcus is very happy with the possibility and keen to play in the Premier League. No transfer can be based on salary alone.” - Daily star............... please log in to view this image
Beppe true but we're always going to concede corners and, versus Stoke, throw ins in our half. The Stoke comment was a joke - not everyone is going to attack us like but rest assured there are going to be times when we suddenly can't control possession - we do sometimes pass around too hard and too fast in midfield - especially Pratley - and when that happens we suddenly look like a side that can leaks goals - especially from dead ball situations. In this respect I am actually more apprehensive about playing the Stoke's, WBAs, Sunderlands, Wolves than I am Arsenal or Chelsea.
Has anyone got any news on what is happening with DDV and AR?? We need to get these two signings squared away pronto
MK Swans it's as good as done! STID yes I've picked up on that one the other day, Ryan Bertrand would be an exellent addition in my view!............. please log in to view this image Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMoiENSysuI Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OBngfYS29UI&feature=related
Caulker interested in a loan move to the mighty swans see link http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12876_6989413,00.html
I guess were after a 31 year old french attacking winger , Sidney Govou , playing in the Greek League .
I hope we don't get Senna. Very good player but would want astronomical wages by our standards. The minute we start offering massive wages to one player regardless of quality we open up the chance for disharmony in the squad. Besides if there's any position we shouldn't be prioritising it's central midfield. It's worrying me a little we havent been linked with any experienced centre backs yet, even if we get Caulker I'd still like someone with a proven record there.
