Was quite funny to see Ash trying (and failing) to bully Llorente. Lost his rag too and was lucky not to be punished. Quite funny how we as fans see things, last season I would have been praising Williams for his passion, on Saturday I was calling him an outclassed wannabe hard-man, haha.
Love him really, the commentator for the game I watched called the booing of Williams, the most insincere booing he has ever heard, which I thought was quite nice.

For all the " Threats " of leaving the club from Williams and his agent most windows over the years ... I would have booed Williams too ... but not to loudly .

But the rumour is that Ash left because Huw back tracked on signing players that Ash had been asked to help secure e.g. Joe.....

If that's true, then it's no wonder he upped sticks.

Ya but rumours are rumours ... there a dime a dozen . Williams testing the waters almost every transfer window ain't rumours .

Seems a pretty convienent excuse for Williams to try to leave under good graces is all I'll say . Players wanting to leave a club but stay on good terms with the fan base will use anything and do it through rumours at times . May not be the case here but if I was a betting man ... that's what id bet on

Looks like Stoke could have one of their worst Premier League seasons in years , even with Bony and Allen .

I feel quite sorry for Bony. He's made some bad choices, (made a LOT of money though, I'm sure!) and not sure where he goes from here really. I think he's a player who needs a good run of games to get to his peak performance, I remember being quite frustrated with him when he first came to us, and being unsure if he was up to it. I was very gladly proved wrong, but as he's been a long time now without anything close to regular starts I'm just not sure who's going to take a punt on him. China bound maybe?

I hope it's us who take the punt .... He got a bad shake at Stoke , we know the player he is and what he could mean to us if we survive . Half price sale I figure ,pertaining to what we payed

Given how piss poor our midfield has been without Leon, do you really want to go there? <whistle>

Midfield is fine , trying to make sense of 4 different managers ideas is the problem . As far as I'm concerned , Ki and Cork are still in the crate regarding this season . Clement is starting to see the value of KI , the 2nd highest scorer in our best Premier League season . And Cork , I am extremely disappointed in his minutes this season ..was expecting big things .
