I've always had a soft spot for the old lech, and didn't blame him for doing the Nancy cougar bird, after all he's single. he always does a job wherever he's managed and until the Brazil game he did a job for England. he was shafted at Man City and conned at Notts County .... But he took over at Leicester and this last few weeks has spent over £10m to add to the decent players he brought in last season. So would love to see him fail this season so that Bates can say 'see money doesn't buy success'. How do you think they'll do this season, because I think they will be very close to auto on paper.
i dont give a @@@@ about leicester to be fair!!! Im think Sven will be sacked by Xmas when he and his buy anything that can kick a ball strategy fails.... Plus they have a keeper that cant command his box

Sorry lads my moneys on Leicester winning the league. Sven's a great manager at any level ,they've brought well & they have a decent fanbase that might challenge our attendance this year with the buzz thats bound to be whipping round the club. Sure its a gamble rebuilding & investing alot but I wish we invested half of what they have & we would have been up there with the bookies as well

Stockdale isnt that good. When we played you when Super Steve scored from the Max Gradel corner Stockdale couldnt catch and even punched the ball onto his own crossbar. Give me Schmeichel any day
My thoughts exactly. Was given the job in October last year, and couldnt get them to finish above 9th when he's had players like: Naughton, Kamara, Yakubu, Curtis Davies, Vassell, bamba. these players are prem quality and yet they still ****ed it up..
he's better than kasper... played awsome for fulham last year and future england keeper. Kasper will be on your transfer list come january
Some of you lot are really short in the brains department aren't you - After the first 9 games last season under Paulo Sousa we were bottom of the league with 5 points - To achieve what he did with the squad and time he had at his disposal Sven did well - This year he will be brilliant
Dont give me that bull crap. Even with 37 games you still could have picked up a maximum 111 points. You also a defensive coach who came from huddersfield town, and there defence went from hopeless to 28 games unbeaten when he departed.
Well Bates more or less told Stockdale to go away, to put it politely. As far as Leicester go with their spending didn't Middlesbrough do the same last season? They were hot favourites for the title because of their spending. Where did it get them? A struggle to keep away from the relegation zone most of the season. It's not the money that counts it's having players who can work as a team which many teams seem to have forgotten these days.
