Get your applications in! The Club will be introducing a Supporters’ Committee that will represent all of the major constituencies amongst our supporter base. Two supporters from each stand will be chosen alongside a representative from the following supporter groups: Official Supporters Club, Senior Tigers, Hull City Supporters Trust and Electric Eels (disability group). The groups primary aim will be to focus on changes that could further enhance the matchday experience and atmosphere as well as other areas such as retail, facilities and the new Club website. The Supporters' Committee will meet four times a year; with Committee members serving a maximum of 12 months in order to give more supporters the opportunity to give their feedback. If you feel like you would like to represent our fan base then please apply by clicking here. Please note you must be 18 or over to be part of our Supporters Committee - closing date for applications is Friday 7th April 2017. The date and venue for the first meeting will be confirmed once the selection of the Committee has taken place. The first meeting is expected to be in late April. It'll be one from each group (it's funny that the Electric Eels are included, the club made them homeless).
Cheers As ever with stuff written by the club it's open to interpretation (and a warning from the grammar police!)
Pathetic twats. Seems like this is a reaction to the HCST statement earlier today about the Membership Scheme. Should have been done properly years ago. Short notice to get all applications in by this Friday. Enhance match day experience and atmosphere - REALLY? ****ing REALLY? First meeting 'late April' so potentially 3 games will be 'enhanced' - Watford Sunderland and Spurs. What about the other 16 already played? (Flags, drums, birds on stilts, fireworks etc do **** all for me, but I might be alone I suppose) Will the club listen? Doubt it. 'Facilities' - will that extend to the **** up at the turnstiles. Oh and by the way, thanks fro the Diversity Questionnaire I received to day. FFS. Pathetic twats.
It's confusing though. I don't know if I'm staying away from East or North. **** it, I'm staying away from west, I save more money that way.
The match day experience is terrible. Why do we announce the away team right after the teams come out (encouraged the away fans to get their team going early)? Why do we welcome the away team back after half time (other teams don't)? Why is the half term entertainment of the crossbar challenge so flat? There's a major lack of presentation - other clubs have on screen graphics, fan participation and music. Where's the local kids with flags in the build up on the pitch? Give them the experience!
You'll have to write to the club and ask them to work out where they would have evicted you to most recently ...or why don't you save a fortune by staying away from a corporate box every game ? (I've decided to save up for a holiday by not starting to sponsor games too)
I agree with most of this Cortez... when we went to Leicester I posted what a great job they did of welcoming fans (albeit that they are happy clappers Leicester fans and the quietest i've experienced in a while) Good band outside, kids carrying flags... HIM with the microphone has even stopped saying Good evening North Stand etc etc.... surely to good where we are now we need to get the stadium buzzing, the GLAD ALL OVER song should be belted out over the tannoy before the game... this club couldn't run a piss up in a brewery could it!!!
Competition to try chipping the ball into the garden shed to win a shed!!! Where the ****ing hell is it. Get it sorted Ehaw
