After pulling out of talks with Crystal Palace, Caceres spent the weekend in Italy and underwent a medical with AC Milan. The free agent passed the tests, but rejected the four-month contract offer tabled by the Rossoneri. TMW says Caceres will be back in London today to discuss a Premier League move. I think it's pretty much done and he's coming to us... having medical Don't you lot have a full 25 man squad anyway?
This man has been linked with us for the last 4 managers, bit far fetched all 4 managers would have an interest in him. A center back just isn't a priority either. Everything points to us being use by his agent to advertise his availability and the level he's willing to move to imo. Don't think there's any interest in him at all from us.
I've been misinformed then fella Probably someone including the academy players... Either way, looks lik we're signing him. We actually need him more than you too
Yeah those who were 21 or under at the at the start of the season aren't required to be registered. They make up a massive part of our squad. We let so many people go in the Summer with contracts expiering and loans going back and our transfer business has been limited so had to promote from our U23s.
Will He will go to saints I think so BREAKING NEWS Sky sources: Martin Caceres is currently having a medical at Southampton. The deal will be completed when Caceres has received a work permit and passed the medical.
Watch him play a blinder,But we still win You might need a CD more than we, but we need 3P more than thee. Haway the lads. Best wishes for the rest of the season
Don't think he will play at weekend even if signed in time tbh mate. You may need the 3P more than us... but if you get them - which I expect you will - a lot (more) of us will be looking nervously over our shoulder
Its odd how we view prospects differently, from down here (table wise) you look a million miles away, on a different planet in fact, and for me, its any three from the current bottom six to go down. Our last result has renewed hope up here and this is traditionally, when we are most vulnerable, on that basis alone you are playing us at just the right time .
for me, its any three from the current bottom six to go down. _________________________________________________ So, one above that group of six is Bournemouth who haven't managed a win in six games and roughly concede three goals per game. Then, one above them is Saints, who have managed to avoid defeat just once in the last seven games.......and that was against Leicester......so I don't think even that counts now! This will be one of the most epic relegation battles ever this year.
