If it's a loan then yes, but I don't think we should buy him.

Sinclair for me would be an upgrade on Montero, Dyer and Barrow and a useful squad player who can play upfront and out wide.

That said, hopefully, we'll be aiming our sights higher than his level.

It is quite sad actually that we were talking about wide players in the pub before the game and we all came to the same outcome, after 6 years in the Pl our best 2 wingers are still Dyer and Routledge, call me old fashioned by I thought with all this money we would have after 6 years improved on them, but we simply haven't and that is why I think Clement plays this diamond. But as you say I hope we do sign some quality next year instead of possible squad players, I want the starting 11 improved not just the squad.

Improving the starting 11 is vital. If we only buy squad players, we'll be in a relegation battle again.

Any ideas who we could seriously replace Sigurdsson and Llorente with ?

The worry is I don't see how we can replace siggy, with the money we are likely to spend. I still have a sneaky feeling we may well see Llorente here for another season.

I see the pair of them staying here next season if we bring in quality players early during the transfer window. We should have a new contract offer on the table for the pair of them by the middle of the week.

As for replacing them with their quality, it would take £50m on two players when you consider what they bring to our side.

I am crossing everything that we can now keep both players, the board need to meet with the senior players together to confirm that this farce of a season will never happen again, and reassure the lads that there will be significant strengthening of weak areas.

Siggy for me needs to be kept hold of, he is the best there is at set pieces and assists, big ask, but Huw needs to quash all rumours and bids........... <ok>

He hates the Swans with a vengeance. I seem to recall a couple of pundits giving him a hard time a couple of months ago over comments he made about us...

He is an awful pundit/presenter, truly awful, as is savage. I remember Mohammed starting his show by calling Swansea fans out on air, saying his professionalism had been questioned on social media. Said if any Swansea fans wanted to come on and apologise, he would welcome it!
He then proceeded to giggle over a whole call because savage was 'eating some food'
    Professionalism??
Last week he was banging on about being 'so fed up' and 'sick and tired' of caller's complaining about their clubs, probably best for everyone if he gave someone else a go at it then?
    Chris Coleman was right!

Trouble is...I bet Huw will be off on holiday with his phone switched off again until mid July...Hoping the Yanks don't see the summer as a holiday like our old board seemed to.

Clement has met the Yanks on a couple of occasions so could he have their ear rather than Jinks. I hope so.

Hopefully, the Yanks will be here this weekend & PC will be able to speak with them directly, rather than through Huw.

I think Jinx is the type though that will make sure he's in on everything, remember he had Monk doing his dirty work in the dressing room with carrying info back..... <laugh>

I think the Americans " Kid in a Candy Store " and manager - go - round is over with the Americans lesson learnt . I see them being more savvy from here and doing more listening than talking . They almost ruined us , but our newest manager and players got them over the line and they got a reprieve on their investment .
