"I'd be a fool to let Carroll leave and not have a replacement" Ahem... Ecclestone gone too, Pacheco to probably follow. So our front line is Suarez Borini (Unproven) Assaidi (Unproven) Sterling (Unproven) Downing (****) Morgan
Wouldn't say that at all Baz. It's natural to look at both the positives and the negatives. We all make mistakes, even LFC.
No one needs sacking, but maybe some one needs hiring. Some one more experienced with transfers than Ian Ayre. Ayre is great for the club, but I'm not sure he is a transfer kind of guy.
My prediction for the season has changed. I now suggest that we will finish between 6th and 8th. We'll look very pretty but be toothless in front of goal. I seriously can't understand letting Carroll go without securing another striker.
Maybe you are going to pass teams to death and when that happens score bucketfull of goals, it worked with Spain.
Don't write off that German kid, if he's good enough Rodgers will chuck him in....and I suspect he is good enough. Still pissing myself though
It is clear why rafa was not considered for the managers job now. He would not have put up with not being backed in the market like this. On the bright side, I understand the loan deal for Dani Pacheco has fallen through so hopefully will be getting some game time as we dont have the numbers to keep him out of the team!
Yeah come and wind us Swansea fans up,..... I mean we only spent 17.5 mill, mind you we made 27.2 which could go up to 30 plus million so come and have a laugh with us
Baz all jokes apart mate, you are one pool supporter who I can take too ( unlike some tw*ts who come on our board ) Seriously I hope you have a good season for the true supporters sake , drop over our board from time to time and you'll always get a warm welcome. Hwyl Fawr ( good luck )
if he's good enough then he will be bought back for a million, since there is a buy back clause in our sham agreement we made for him. god knows what thickos we have doing our negotiating.
He would have to WANT to go back though... we may have to accept the offer but if we can make him want to stay he won't go.
Hold on, so we paid a million for him and put a buy back clause in that they could buy him back for a million? Surely that's not right. Where has this come from? I'd be very suprised if that was the case.
