1.Holy ....for keeping us in the game and confounding critics
    2.Martin ...for a captains role
    3. The other 9 (plus 2 subs) for playing a team game and getting the Gills off to a decent start to the season

Just from what I've read and from seeing the highlights...

    1. Holy - this guy got way too much stick from the fans on social media before the game, seen it so many times, well done and kept us in it.

    2. Zakuani - well this was the only player I highlighted as a must watch preseason, so my judgement is right as usual ;)

    3. No idea haven't seen enough but will give it to MARTIN...for bringing a vital first game point back as Captain.

Looking through the forum I'm not sure if I ever posted the final table up, so there it is! Gills top 3 performing players last season were Max Ehmer, Cody McDonald and Deji Oshilaja

Thanks Patchy.... I can confidently say that NONE of last season's top 10 will be there at the end of this season

Yeah I'd agree with that and with Ady perhaps setting up more 'defensively' he's likely to play most games. I'm not sure if Ehmer gets into the team once Lacey is fit and while if Wright captures last season he'll get lots, his situation still seems all up in the air!

I wonder with Ade seeming to play youngsters whenever he can, whether there should be a second "Star Player" vote for the under 21 age group. Although we could use the same table I suppose and just extrapolate the required information from that.

Interesting how Holy and Zak have mustered more points in one game on an individual basis than half the team did for he whole of last season lol.

That's because [more than] half the team couldn't be bothered last year !
