This has cheered me up immensely Shark, thank you!

Love seeing 'confirmed sides in bold' then the Wanderers sitting next to us in normal font <laugh>

But wow. Just look at the list of teams already in there. We've been in the Disney Cup for so many years I'd forgotten what an incredible feeling CL football really is :1980_boogie_down:

Utd beat West Ham, City and Utd both win on the last day and the Nomads lose to a carefree Villa. Carling don't do last days, but if they did....

Arsenal missing out on CL qualification on GD? That would make my decade. Add in 'Diego Costa hit by a freight train' and you've won my century. <cheers>

Okay so how's this all work again? Is it the title winners who are seeded?

Beautiful to see, really hope we get put into a big group, I mentioned before that while we're at this young development stage, the CL should be there to be enjoyed and so for me I'd love to be in a group that has either Barca, Bayern, Real or Juve in. Let us see how we perform against the elite of the elite, especially after how strange the Prem has been this year. I do actually fancy us to get out of the groups if I'm honest, I think our style will be a problem for sides, similar to how it was the last time.

As I understand it, Leicester will be in pot1 automatically. The rest of us will be seeded based on rankings etc.

This was stretching credibility when you got as far as "Utd beat West Ham...."

Don't worry, I'm happy with the dream. The first part at least.

Surely you will draw at Newcastle so we(SAFC) can both celebrate you deserve to finish first as Leicester have had the luck on their side. You will be better next season, good luck. Although we have the most fantastic supporters.

Draw?! We're hoping you win tonight and take the fight out of the Toon for us on Sunday, we kind of need a win to ensure finishing above the nomads.

EDIT: Finish above them properly, not on GD which some of them will use as consolation!

A draw does pretty much guarantee 2nd mate, unless Arsenal have like 10 goal swing in their favour.

I want a win though (obviously! Lol), hopefully the Mackems do us a favour and like you say, take the fight out of the Geordies.

Yeah realised that after I posted. But I don't want to finish on level points with them, will take all the bragging rights out of St Arseholes Day

I think there are 7 teams above us who won't be in the CL next year. Clubs 8-15 will be in Pot 2 as Leicester will be in pot 1. Liverpool beating Seville would get us into Pot 2 I think (although I've not fully checked).

Domestic leagues and CL qualifiers have not yet completed, but we are probably looking
at a minimum of 5 more clubs currently above Spurs to fall by the wayside to get into pot 2.

Agreed. The best draw from Pot 3 would be something like CSKA Moscow and Basel. The worst could be Bayern Munich and whichever Madrid club doesn't win the final!
