Day 3 of 30 and i think im doing well, still surviving off my stored energy. technically referred to as 'fat'!

weighed in at 13 stone 12 on day 1 and will weigh myself at the end.

this thread is basically for me to log my daily condition aswell as to share my journey through the month from starvation to pigging out. couldnt think of a better word than 'pigging' forgive me lord.

Feel free to support me in typical Not606 stylee.

    Cheers (oops no alcohol)

Psychology is very important in this sort of thing. As such, Spurlock I recommend measuring each day in minutes.

I've done today's for you bcos that's the kind of nice guy I am. Total of 1125 minutes. 270 minutes left. Basically a third of the ridiculous amount of time left. And they say the final third drags exponentially with each passing minute. I hope that's helped mate...

    You're welcome :bandit:

Yeh you say that now, but at 3am Spurlock will be having the last laugh!

I am interested to know if Spurlock is expecting to lose or gain weight.

I had a jacket potato, coleslaw, ham and green salad.

@Spurlock you'll be pleased to hear that I didn't have any tomatoes. They give me terrible acid reflux.

Homemade fish cakes, asparagus, chorizo and a poached egg.

Washed down with a couple of ice cold Czech beers.

  20. Well, Spurlock is one of my best buds on this forum, so I am certainly not going to engage in this cruel baiting of him. It's disgraceful and utterly lacking in respect. You won't catch me bragging about that 16oz T-Bone I've just gorged on (medium rare, if you're asking), or the wonderful glass of Merlot that I helped it down with. How's that going to help the poor chap? And why the hell would he want to hear about the apple crumble (with cinnamon) pie that I had to follow, with Madagasgan vanilla custard?

You lads have taken this too far this time.
