We've all had an ex that just won't leave it be. What is it with ex Liverpool players at the moment though? They need to give it a rest, We all know things are not going great but a bit of support from those who should know how difficult it is would be nice. Murphy, Carra and now Hamman, how many failed title challenges between you? How about a bit of support? Don't forget where you came from. Just because you're a pundit doesn't mean you have to stick the boot in.
Murphy has turned into the perfect bbc salford arse kisser(like Lawrenson)yet still gets his invites to the ex players parties and legend tours. Carragher is usually fair with praise and criticism when its deserved(like Hansen) Hamman gives the impression he really cares for the club and is like the two named above(usually) I said on Wishi's thread that the knives are out, hope we can turn it around or it'll get worse as the end of season nears.
I don't think what Hamann said is that bad, I actually think he's right. He just didn't need to say it.
What about ex-players of rival clubs? http://www.90min.com/posts/4527896-...ould-be-a-good-thing-for-the-reds?a_aid=35702 PS...I actually agree with him PPS... although I suspect he's attempting the #jinx
Maybe they are trying to be honest Luv? Can't stand it when ex players of clubs can't take their rose tinted specs off...a neutral observer doesn't want to hear that from a pundit, he wants an impartial POV not a biased one. You should stick Mickey Quinn on the fat pile of ****e....he's always talking senseless rubbish, sometimes I think he watches a different game on his Betamax to the rest of us. P.s props to Jenas for shutting Gary Nev up by saying Spurs got a better first XI than United.
We'll turn it around, we always do. How many bad spells have we seen down the decades? And you can be sure every club gets them, that is the nature of the game. Klopp will learn more about individual players during this time, and use that knowledge in the future to make us a better team.
Only thing I can say on the flip side is that Klopp ain't no fool and if FSG don't back him financially he'll be off, I still think FSG's football(soccer) philosophy is flawed and if they don't listen to Klopp they're doomed at LFC and we(they)won't get a better manager any time soon if he goes.
I hope FSG appreciate what they have in Klopp. He has a remarkable knack of buying gems for relatively small amounts. That's what we need in the summer and, like you say, FSG need to back him all the way.
Murphy spent years being bitter at Rafa Benitez because he replaced him with Xabi Alonso, as if it wasn't a positive move or something.
That's right, he didn't need to say it as it just adds to the criticism, of her cars about the club then he would keep his thoughts to himself.
To be fair I've heard him talk about Rafa and he's always said that Rafa treated him fairly and that Alonso was clearly a better player. Maybe Carra (who has also been scathing) and Gerrard aside, they are simply not as emotionally connected as we are....few players are these days...which might be part of the problem on the pitch!
Being honest is fine, it's just when they go ott with their opinions that I don't like. Remember your loyalties. Carra has been guilty of it this season.
luv. Title a little confusing, I was thinking of ex wife or girl friend. Asking myself what she has done to my friend luv.
