I sense a slight lack of enthusiasm for this game:

Norwich boss Alex Neil has faced the media to preview tomorrow night's FA Cup replay at Premier League Southampton.

Having taken only four points from their past five Championship games as they've dropped to 11th in the table, Neil says he will be making changes for the tie at St Mary's.

"We need to make changes for Southampton. It's a game we want to win but I've always said the league is our priority," said Neil.

"The most important thing is getting back on track in the league. I can't jeopardise that tomorrow."

 

Please let us win, please let us win. If we lose to a team not trying this forum will just meltdown and disappear forever.

 

Ok guys, let me share something with you.

I have been a good fan and paid my £12 for the ticket. I've got a hell of a day at work tomorrow and am considering not going tomorrow (I am tied up till about 5:30 - won't be able to leave Bournemouth till gone 6pm). Is it such a bad thing to not go? Am I a bad fan?

I know - but imagine what the Saints site on Facebook will do? I've already blocked loads of people on there because their constant whinging and moaning drives me mad. If it comes on to this forum, I'm likely to disappear (until we win a game and Claude is immediately reinstated to genius ....)

 

Well I'm suffering from extreme man flu and have foregone golf today in the hope that I can be well enough to turn up tomorrow and cheer the lads on to a (hopefully well deserved) victory ....

I DO understand the predicament no7, however - and the drive along the A31 is nasty in the dark. You do what you think best - you'll get no grief from me!

 

I'd suggest the people on that facebook page are they types who follow football at 5pm on a Saturday, then think nothing more of it till the following week. They probably skip straight to the weather......for a moan......then politics.......for a bigger moan.

 

Maybe Claude was lapsing into his Franglais French, and meant that Virgil had just popped round to the bakers for a baguette and a nice cottage loaf

*In answer to a question raised before...Saints count the number through the turnstiles to count towards the 'gate', unlike some clubs who just count the tickets sold (read that in a paper recently). So TIOONS won't count if he doesn't go, but his money will.

I'm playing a game called MOT-weather-A31 roulette. Bike's MOT is tomorrow in Ringwood so if it passes, it's not raining or snowing and the A31 looks clear I'm part way there and may go. A fail and it's back to Wimborne for me.

Yeah I reckon Yoshi for captain with young Jack Stephens partnering him in central defence. We might even get an appearance on the bench for Gardos!

 

So rarely seen in the open. This will be a real treat for collectors.
