A bouncer has been filmed striking a woman after she threw a punch at him outside a bar in Liverpool.
The door supervisor can be seen ducking the woman’s swinging arm before countering by hitting her in the face.
Merseyside Police are understood to be looking into the incident that took place near Hardy’s Bar in Matthew Street.
Footage, said to be shot from the bar, showed the woman march towards the bouncer before throwing a punch at his head.
The bouncer’s punch knocks the woman backwards but she regains her composure and walks further away while another woman remonstrates and others stop to watch the incident.

Have a gander at the video, looks like self defence to me. Fair play to her though, she managed not to stack it on those big heels. A less drunk bint would have hit the deck.

 

Someone throws a punch but gets punched instead.
