    Has been immense since signing.

Warnock clearly can get the best out of him.

You what? need to get your eyes checked mate he's as solid as a rock at the back, might not have been that good for you but who can blame him with your form in recent seasons

Lets put it this way. He was error prone with a mistake in him every game we are much more solid without him.

Chippy - now let's put it this way then, of the four out of contract players Warnock brought in when he joined us, Bamba, Hoilett, Richardson and Chamakh, Sol Bamba has proved himself to be a great acquisition straight out of the blocks.

The others needed time to get up to speed (Chamakh still hasn't after 6 weeks) and on that basis we can only speak as we find. He's a "Warnock" type of player who gets stuck in and doesn't fart around on the ball - he tackles, wins the ball and gets rid of it. His presence in our back 4 this past few weeks has been outstanding.

We already have the midfield options. Another no nonsense player like Bamba up front to supplement Lambert (who only looks good for an hour to me right now) could be the final piece in Warnock's jigsaw.

All defenders make errors but an occasional lapse eg his contribution to Newcastles opener is negated by a lot of quality blocking & tackling as we witnessed in the closing moments v Huddersfield.
Plus his endeavour, enthusiasm and work ethic, and contribution to the team is immense.
Hey chippy Talk me through Rob Greens assist for Gayles first<laugh>

Was every bit as bad live as it was on the tele.
Personal view is that his stint at qpr wrecked his head and he wont ever be better than average again.. Shouldnt have signed him imo.

anyway beauty is in the eye of the beholder and at the moment he`s a sexy signing by colin, no doubts about it <ok>
