It isn't so much Andy that's after the money, it's his agent.

I know what I'd do to the agent, I'd tie him to a tree in a field with a randy bull in it!

You just can't trust some agents!

    Oops.

Why blame the agent? Hasn't Carroll a mind of his own?

Considering Carroll says in his first Liverpool interview:

"When I knew it was real and that there was a chance for me to come here I knew it was a great opportunity and I had to take it."

It sort of puts his whole 'I wanted to stay in Newcastle but was pushed out' line on dubious grounds.

Carroll = not a proven loyalist. We can talk and talk about what we thought, but the fact is, none of us know him in person, so he could well have been the type of guy to bugger off when a better offer came in.

I think a part of him probably wanted to stay, but Ashley wanted the money and so did his agent. He was probably being pressured and having his head turned by the prospect of a lot more money. Fact is though, after all that, he still could have said no, and he didn't.

I side with the club on this one.

Seems to me that he was talking bull.

Hhhmm .. although factually correct it still does not counter the fact that my no swearing filter, to save my innocent eyes from naughty words, seems to be struggling with twat ..that or this word has now made it into the Collins Dictionary .. let me check ..

Ah yes ..here it is ..

    Twat (t - w - a - t) - noun

The fat twat that owns Newcastle United FC is called Mike Ashley
The greedy twat who just left Newcastle United FC is called Andrew Carrol
Steve Wraith is a proven twat, proved beyond doubt by overseasTOON one day

It's to late to play the blame game, nothings going to change. What's done is done.
Time to move on to a new era, the Nile Ranger era. :)

Back the players, who want to play for the club.
Pray we see all that transfer money in the summer.

Let's keep the good times rolling. :)

Never ever say "The Nile Ranger era" again. That's the most depressing notion I can think of right now

    Haha, sorry mate.

Just thought i would make myself feel better.

Life after Carroll begins tomorrow at Fulham.

Were still unbeaten i think from when Carroll got Injured, so hopefully team spirit won't be to badly hit. :)
