Apparently there has been no official contact but the Chinese club are said to be interested - although we are not going to sell him for £38.5m havingt only just bought him for £30m.
£45-50m would be nothing to sneer at, but accepting it would be a great gamble given our current predicament.
... but we've paid £30m to bring the guy in a few months back ... presumably as part of a bigger, longer term, plan .... OK if he was complete rubbish you'd get rid ... but his goals to games ratio in his first season is very good .... so I just don't get why we would sell to make £10m profit? ... we are no longer a selling club ... only Kante has gone and that by triggering a release clause...
and Schlupp and Hernandez. Really would like a new Centre Back and Creative Midfielder. We have massive issues with the way we are playing this season and not much appears to being done to address this. Chances are that in the next couple of weeks we will be out of Europe, out the FA cup and in the bottom 3 of the premier league. Back to reality.
