The Big Question at Roots Hall tomorrow is will Ademola Lookman be risked, or is that the last we have seen of him in a Charlton shirt with his Everton move imminent?

Even one tooth on a comb is better than none, and without Lookie tomorrow it is very hard to see where our (cough) goal threat is going to come from, considering this spent group of players created next to nothing at Millwall and MKD.

I assume that if Lookman is left out, the hopeless Botaka will come in. Not sure what the other selection options are for Robinson ? Jackson hobbled off at MK, so lucky we have a ready made replacement off the bench in Foley. We will hardly know the skipper is absent with Kev strutting his stuff in the middle.

At least we should have a good atmosphere there tomorrow - the smallish away end is under cover and we have sold out.

Anyone else going?

 

I'm definitely not able to make it, which is a bit of a bummer as it is one of the better away days across the whole football ladder.

Lookman - you feel if a deal is agreed then he won't be risked. If it isn't then I reckon KR will push for him to be played. He can't afford to not have any first teamer available.

As for the game, I'm not overly optimistic. They have a good mixture of experience and talent - and have recovered suitably after their poor start. Think the movement of cox and mooney will trouble our back 4 like Gregory and Morison.

2-1 Southend

 

I will be going but will be in with the Southend supporters.My Cousin is a Shrimper. This could be the last game for Lookman and Fox.I believe that deals have been agreed but personal terms need to be sorted. Judging by the latest interview with Robinson his visit to Belgium didn't go too well. Don't expect. Many good player's coming in.

 

Rich Cawley is today claiming that Reeves & Carruthers from MK Dons are wanted - both out of contract soon so win win cheap/no fee

Roland should net at least 6m up front from Lookman and Fox, so just how he likes it.

Can Ceballos come back to us in January. I thought his was a Season long loan.

 

I imagine the deal would have been constructed to be flexible in hope he made a huge impact and could be sold to a top level team in Belgium.
