They didnt deserve a point at the Valley earlier in the season and they deserved nothing tonight either!!

P.S. this is what it means to support a team like Charlton and is why I pity the fans of Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea... Days like today dont come along very often for us and when they do we've just gotta savor them and enjoy the moment

Ouch! The last twenty minutes involved me demolishing a bottle of White wine, and my fingernails, so I'm in a bad way this morning. But who cares, nights like that are so rare you have to savour them. Reminds me of beating Blackburn away in the cup in 1990 (?)

 

I was able to see Charlton for the first time this season on Tv, I was very impressed the whole performance. So many standout players, Harriots/Poyet were exceptional i though.

Have they all genuinely not played like this, and it is only now we are playing as i saw ? If so, bloody why !

Had me in a right good mood all day, my club charlton played them off the pitch and onto the next stage !

That footage of Jackson cohercing some of the others to the fans is a nice reminder to those as to why he is so important to the Addicks. You cannot count how much spirit and comradre/passion is worth.
