    I think something similar nearly happened to me.

    I got an email from Russell and Bromley, welcoming me to their loyalty scheme. Almost immediately I got another email apologising for the first email saying that I shouldn't have got it, but also giving me a link to join their loyalty scheme if I wanted to anyway.

    I feel uncomfortable as to what they might try next.
