My oldest has just come back from Zante, they had a good time but by the end of the week they were sick of having to fight Serbians who would attack them on the way down to the strip. 2 days after they got back an American has been killed there by being kicked to death by a Serbian bouncer. Quick internet search and it's been going on for years, it's not a safe place to travel to.
Guessing they were mistaken for English people. Pattern of people not liking the English abroad, from what I've noticed.
As I've spoken to him more and read about the issues in Zante it's clear that these ****ers are organised, they set some up in front of a nearby hospital and others got so owners to close their shutters so that there was nowhere to go. They had to fight hard to get away.
I don't think it's a case of not liking them mate. Most know **** all gets done or said about it. Us,utd and spurs have all been on the end of it and little fuss made. Easy target syndrome. But I got the Welsh thing before you start lol.

It's really nice actually, I don't do the cockles with it often but lava bread is lovely with bacon and sausages. If you ever visit give it a go.
