It confirms what many have suspected ..... nothing to do with additional investment into the Club, but everything to do with boosting individual bank balances........
Huw, Lineen, Katzen, Davies et al have had their "30 pieces of silver" The Yanks have paid "top dollar" (sorry for the pun) and they now have everything to lose ...... They will back Bob....
Hope to God I'm wrong but I don't think Bob is the answer either. After this statement coming out, failure to win Saturday could be the beginning of a hostile period at the games.
Just putting this here - But didn't Giggs say he turned us down because of a lack of ambition from the board? Hard not to believe him after this statement now.
The trust is worthless that are trying to get above their station....They have no power and the shares is in name only and have no say in what to do with them. they dont have the power to sell or give away. I joined the trust as a prominent member and i donated a significant amount of money and i was happy to do so and have no regrets but what i thought the trust was meant to be and what we were all led to believe was false and never happened. The trust leader that we elected to the Boardroom was very rarely invited and was never invited on important issues and in most cases was never even informed.......I left the trust after failing with most others that we should have a vote and our Voice to be taken seriously....Well as you have seen we were not informed about the club in negotiations about a possible take over that had been going on for a few years with not just the Americans but others as well.......I left the Trust a few years back angry and very disappointed with the way the club had treated the trust after all the work put in by everyone to raise funds to keep the club going........I vowed from that day that i will never put any money into the club again and i have kept my word......Give the trust the full benefits it has worked for and let our representative have full access and more importantly a Vote in all aspects of the club.....The fans deserve a say as without us the club is nothing.....
They'll have 3 years of parachute payments + selling players ( which they've already done with little reinvestment ) . If their business plan was to suck and see in the summer transfer window and then buy in the inflated January window with less time for the new player(s) to gell then thats a risky strategy to adopt .
Levien and Kaplan are understood to be waiting for the outcome of the trust meeting before formulating a response. Jenkins, asked about the trust’s complaints, declined to talk about them, saying: “In the best interests of the club, delicate issues should be discussed in-house and around a table, in the right way, not in public and in the media.” ****ing twat , so selling the club behind the Trusts' back wasn't deemed important enough to discuss around the table
Slimy two faced ****er. The trust have been forced to come out with this and I hope they nail the lot of them in court. Huw needs to resign immediately.
