Southampton v Swansea City: Fabianski eyeing first away win http://www.fourfourtwo.com/news/southampton-v-swansea-city-fabianski-eyeing-first-away-win Sent via BlinkFeed
I think we need to get our confidence back.Yes we have had some good results and maybe we expected to beat smaller teams similar to us.I think we need to get a few wins together and if we can do that, our season could be and maybe better than last season.i am hoping for a good finish from our forwards and to take any chances we may get and hopefully come away with a 0-2 result, but a draw away would be good.goodluck swans and wales, would make a great day if both can win.
This was one of our most depressing performances last season - even though we managed to steal a win. I hope we perform better this time. Southampton scored 6 in the league cup in midweek, that's 6 more than we have scored in the last three games. Let's hope we start taking our chances this weekend.
I agree,Kiff. Saints are a shadow of what they were last season. Losing all those players was bound to catch up with them. Great Club, though,so they will come back. No goals in three games. Very worrying stats.
Well he has to say that I guess but I think he's telling porkies. Privately he'd have been working hard with the players this week I'm sure.
Swansea manager Garry Monk: "The way I am getting asked things is as if we are reaching for the panic button or something. We have only lost one game in the Premier League, let's not forget that." So there you have it, you've been told, so lets hope we get another win against the Saints, think it will be tight with both teams cancelling each other out at times, on top of that I'm sure Monk will have worked on our final third this week, so look for a sharper focus in front of goal, I'm going with a 2-1 to us...........
The saints and the swans are very similar that both teams will have to be on top of their game because both are capable of beating each other. Monk needs to stop talking rubbish and be very concerned about our resent form as its not good. We need a very good performance against the saints not necessarily winning but a performance that shows us playing a lot better than we have, The three points would be nice but i will be happy with a point away against a very good side....Lose 2-0 or more then our honeymoon period will be well and truly over and a top half finish would be a struggle and unlikely....
If monk has sorted their heads out then a close 2-1 win to us. If not and they've lost that confidence they started with then it could be a hiding ! So 1-1 would be ok.
