    For me, if this is true then it means a loan until the summer. Our No.1 target is giabadini so i inagine it is just a fill gap until then.

    He played against Spurs in the Champs L this season. Think he could do well in our set up, hold the ball well for a smaller guy, fairly quick and good tech ability...

    Going by his highlight reel on youtube, which I think we will all agree is the only information one needs nowadays (I think the trance music has some sort of hypnosis effect) he looks like the type of goal scorer we need. No 'worldies' so to speak, but a lot of his goals were from players whipping the ball into the box either in the air or at pace on the grass and having the composure and quick feet (and brain) to do something with it. I'd be happy with a loan for 6 months if that were an option. Seen some fans across the web saying they'd be underwhelmed, but it makes me question who some of our fans expect us to go out and get. Maybe if we told Messi the Bargate is about to be torn down and redeveloped that could twist his arm?

    Not to sure on loans with to buy option, all we did with Toby was put him in the shop window and the loan/buy agreement meant nothing as he went off dashing to the bright lights of London.

    But in this case, I guess, he'd be covering Austin short term, with the opportunity to make the deal permanent for a set fee should he perform well. On balance, I think a loan with an option to buy is my preference.
