    Not sure if it was the Saints guy or someone from Sky but I've seen an interview before with Forster where the reporter stood on a box to appear a similar height to the big man

    The Spider household is happy.
    The mix of confidence and humility is great.
    His English is going to be good, you can see him searching his internal dictionary to find the words he has there. He has been working in a Spain for 5 years.
    His personality comes over well and we've seen how important that is.
    He has a philosophy, says all the right things and looks like he believes them.
    Oriel should be happy having a spanish speaking boss :emoticon-0100-smile

    Impressive use of the word synergy from someone whose first language is not English.

    Most English managers wouldn't be able to use it correctly in a sentence!

    Given the Spanish word is synergia and the French one synergie I can understand how he would know it and it's a shame Claude never said it ...

    ... but then he was rubbish anyway <laugh>

    True, but they could probably manage "working well together" ..which is Old English. Synergy?.......all Greek to me!
