We knew players would have to leave before we could buy. Olsson has been on the verge of leaving for years now. If he does for £5m and we replace him with Jovic on a free, we have pretty close to like for like and around £5m to spend on other players. The same could be said for Brady and it'd depend on who comes in after he leaves. I'll judge this window when it's over, not when it's one third complete. We need new players who are hungry and put in a performance every week rather than occasionally so I am not averse to change. Panic if you like, but I'll wait and see.
