    The rugby world cup starts here on the 9th of september and allready the rugger buggers are giving it wall to wall coverage.
    So
    I thought i would ask the English, Scottish & Welsh fans on not606
    Do you care about the rugby world cup & who do you think will win?
    How do you think your team will do?


    (this has gone to swansea and glasgow rangers)

    all blicks in trouble after losing their last 2?????? gotta back the aussies but i think the all blacks will kill it. however, having said that, i remember 1999 i think when the all blacks lost to france in the semi and the aussies won. have to check the groups again tho.

    When the Blacks are on a roll (which they're likely to be being at home) they often choke against the French or the Aussies...

    So I'm backing the Aussies to win this time.

    All Blacks clear favorites, probably the clearest favorites there has been in the World Cup imo. Ireland and France not performing to their potential, Aus rebuilding there side (good lot of young lads but still learning), England no confidence at all.

    love the Rugby, and have never understood a lot of football fans dislike of the sport.
    I love supporting the region even though they dissapoint me most of the time! haha

    Hoping Wales give a few surprises this year!

    Rugby? Takes me back to the days when we had those thugs ****ing up our pitch every other week. Dark days indeed and a horrible game.

    Egg Chasing?? Oh well Wales will probable get to the Quarters if they are lucky, but not disciplined enough to go any further, Ireland under performing, France you can never rule out, though England have the easiest group, but will maybe get to the Quarters at a push, think it will be a final of South Africa v New Zealand.

    Top four will be

    1) New Zealand
    2) South Africa
    3) Australia
    4) France (Maybe England/Wales/Ireland)

    Anyway this thread should be on the Egg chasing board!.....................................
