That's the problem with Liverpool, consistency. On their day they can blow any team away, but their defence is as soft as ****. So if the attacking players have an off day, they also look like they could also lose to any team. Here's hoping they turn up against your lot, because they are bound to **** it up when they go and play Hull/Middlesbrough/Sunderland
Our defence can be good at times too though. See our 1-0 win over Man City as evidence. It's just a rarity
I actually think their side is pretty mediocre. Klopp's a good manager but besides Firmino and Coutinho there's not alot of quality there. In terms of squad strength I would put Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs and City ahead of them.
City are a weird one. Silva and Yaya both look shadows of their former selves. Kompany has been a huge loss to that squad. Defensively their options are terrible but from an attacking perpective there's some real quality.
Unlucky for Elneny, now get your ass back to the Emirates! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/38786537
Cavani has to be the most under-rated player in Europe. The guy was moved outwide at PSG to accomodate Ibra and still managed better than 1 in 2. Now he's back playing up top and has 34 goals in 32 games this Season. (At Napoli he scored 104 goals in 132 games) - Such a shame we never signed this guy.
He's a great striker. Really hit and miss with his finishing sometimes as seen against you guys in the champions league. But he's so powerful and not a slouch and his movement is brilliant
Yeah he works incredibly hard for the team, is difficult to play against - he's scrappy and quick. People need to remember he was playing OUT of position for much of his time at PSG. If you look at his goalscoring record while playing upfront it is comparable to any of the top strikers.
Not really sure who doesn't rate him in order for him to be classed as underrated. He's been great for years and cost an absolute fortune.
Mainly the British sporting press. Whenever I watch PSG you get the standard 'he's not consistent enough' type non-sense. But then they used to say the same thing about Ibra before he scored those four also against England.
Claudio Ranieri: Leicester City sack Premier League-winning manager m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39070927 Wow I didn't see that one coming so soon as they are still in the CL and not relegated. That has to be one of the most ruthless sackings in the league.
please not Ranieri, lets not forget that for the miracle at Leicester, hes had a BUNCH of failings at other clubs. (lets not even talk about the Greece National Team...)
