Rhoys Wiggins - 300k bid turned down

    Seems we have bid 300k for Bournemouth left back Rhoys Wiggins turned down.
    Don't know much about him other than he's ex Palace. Apparently we will go back with an improved offer as we are very keen to get him.
    Anybody know anything about him?

    You just beat me to this!

    Interesting to note we doubled Watfords bid- starting to get a slight indication on finances. However, I'd imagine 300k would be a big part of Chrissy's budget(?). Wonder what this means for Bessone?

    As for Wiggins- I know absolutely nothing, but I will trust CP when it comes to LB's....

    I'd imagine either the bassone deal is a no go now or youga won't be offered a new contract, seeing as we're really keen on this Guy (I'm also not very clued up on him)

    Our finances are no better than a reasonably big League One club's. And that's our own chief executive talking. But I am led to believe that our bid was worth £375k, albeit with only £150k up front.

    I'll believe it when someone from the club or someone who is in the know says (like franco with hayes)
    if i listen to most of those sites we should have signed a whole new squad by now
