Remember Cattermole ?

Cattermole cant hold the ball for 5 seconds without running into trouble, is this the sort of player to build a team around, not for me.

 

Not as much as a few others I could mention.

 

Tend to agree with this. Very average player for the bottom half of the prem.
So his passing is ok? So it should be, he's a professional midfield player. He's not the defensive rock many believe him to be. If anyone runs at him he's got a tendency to back off and back off. At least twice that led to match-winning goals this season (Palace and Leicester, I think). He'll be ok in what will hopefully be an upper mid table Championship side next season.
