Thought I heard in the commentary that he was 3-4 weeks away from being match fit?

If his head is right he could be the difference of a good team (which looks like it is happening) and a very good team. i.e. we could/should have been 3-1 up at half time last night...

Anyone want to speculate how an uninjured professional footballer who has been in full training with a club can still need 3-4 weeks to get fit?

From what I see of Italian football it is played at half the pace of the Championship, last night's game in particular! And he's not played many games even in that.

I guess Ollie is expecting him to do some pressing, it'll all end in tears...

'The ultimate fitness test for QPR players is the Holloway pyramid run - and Wszolek is the best when it comes to getting around the circuit.
Lungs and just about everything else are on the floor when required to complete 20x40x80x100 metres and back down again in 3mins 30 seconds'

Doubt Ravel can do this yet.

What's the catch with the pyramid. Sounds like 480 metres in 3 and a half minutes? Almost walkable if it's that?

I assume you have to run back to the starting point each time.

I think I get you. That would make it 1.36km in 3 and a half mins. That's serious pace!

The rumour going around is that he's gone and that QPR have released him.

Funnily enough I was thinking about him today as I was looking for straws to clutch.
