    The other nominees are:

    Pep Guardiola
    Jurgen Klopp
    Mauricio Pochettino
    Didier Deschamps
    Luis Enrique
    Fernando Santos
    Diego Simeone
    Zenedine Zidane

Most likely it will end up being Fernando Santos for winning Euro 2016 as Fifa don't like England - especially naw after all of the fuss about poppies that is happening.

As none of the others defied 5000-1 odds it shouldn't even be in question. The same goes for the team of the year at the sports personality awards. No doubt team GB will get it as they have a wider fan base but bias aside, the odds don't lie as to what the greatest achievement is

It would be a joke if he didn't win it after the amount of press it got for being one of the biggest underdog stories ever.

If you asked people last year "What was more likely to happen? Portugal winning the Euros or Leicester winning the premier league" I would think 99% of people would have answered Portugal.

especially if you say Ronaldo is not going to play - 100% would have said Portugal. who actually played the final with 11 players for a change.

Coleman is more of a shame. I am sure these guys are added to the nomination to make the numbers.

    Claudio is straight forward choice

This honestly is not meant as a dig at either Spurs or Liverpool ... but what are Pochettino and Klopp on the list for? ... honestly don't get it ... are the managers of all the 3rd placed clubs in Europe's major leagues in it?

    Klopp's inclusion is especially ridiculous.

Klopp did at least get Liverpool to a European final, they lost like but Pochettino masterminded Spurs coming 3rd in a 2 horse race <laugh>

It starts to look very odd if you ask the question ... could Klopp or Pochettino possibly beat Ranieri to the award given what happened last season? ... if they did it would be absurd ...
